You choose if you want to charge your customers. Chargequix™ charging stations can be placed on display for free charging, behind a bar or counter and rented out on an as-needed basis or used in a coat check type situation. Whether you charge per charge or make it free, let’s face it, having a charged cell phone is PRICELESS!
It is important that business owners purchase enough charging stations so guests can comfortably wait for their phone to charge. Chargequix™ charging stations are compact and beautifully designed so they can be placed throughout an entire venue. The average business purchases 4-10 charging stations for placement throughout the entire area. Let’s face it, shouldn’t free cell phone chargers be everywhere?

Return policy for 30 day risk free trial:
Trial applies only to business to business phone charging stations (S9/WM9/CS6/PCS5/CS10/CS4). Only one unit per customer. Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period, and must be in like-new condition. Chargequix™ reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.

Chargequix™ has been tested in extreme situations to provide continuous, valuable service. However, in the rare instance that your Chargequix™ device is not functioning properly due to a possible manufacturer-defect issue, Chargequix™ offers standard One (1) Year Limited Warranty for all products*, except gift orders, to cover all manufacturer defects for a standard one (1) year after product delivery date. Our One (1) Year Limited Warranty is only valid when the defective item is accompanied by a proof of purchase from Chargequix™ or an Authorized Chargequix™ Dealer.
Warranty Terms
Chargequix™ warranty does not cover product failure, any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of overuse, misuse or failure to follow operating instructions, tampering, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It also does not cover incidental damages. Chargequix™ has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be repaired or replaced. Chargequix™ does not offer advance replacements. If a replacement product is required immediately, then the customer will need to place a new order for the item. If a product is confirmed used or abused upon return and review/testing, the customer may be subject to labor and parts fee along with return shipment costs for replacements. Customized charging units considered to be factory defective will be repaired/replaced and custom artwork re-applied if damaged unit is returned within 6 months of purchase.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty Claims Process
To place a claim, proof of purchase from Chargequix™ or an Authorized Chargequix™ Dealer is required. After we have determined your item is still covered by our One (1) Year Limited Warranty, you may be required to send the purchased item to us. Upon receipt of the item, a decision will be made to repair or replace the item. Chargequix™ will test the product according to the description of the request/problem listed in the Warranty Claims & Return form. If the confirmed issue is the same as the problem listed in the form, the product will be repaired. If the item is not repairable, it will be replaced with the same item. In the event that the item is no longer available, Chargequix™ will replace it with an alternative item comparable in specs to the original item ordered. If the description of the problem is different from the problem listed on the form, or damaged from delivery, we will contact the customer. If the product has no identifiable problem, we reserve the right to charge for return delivery.
If you have reason to believe your item is factory-defective, you may return your item by following the Return Instructions below. Note that Chargequix™ is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.
We know you’ll love Chargequix™ , but for any reason, returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs. If the product comes back open or used, the customer may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
For exchange requests, product must be returned in good working condition. Opened or used products for exchange will be replaced with a unit of same or similar specs.Items returned with missing parts/accessories may be subject to additional fees.
If product is purchased through one of our Authorized Distributors and Chargequix.com is not the original point of purchase, we would encourage you to inquire with the retailer in question as to their specific return policy. We are unable to provide monetary credits or exchanges for products purchased through Authorized Retailers. Again, you would need to contact the retailer or source where the original point of purchase is made in order to obtain further information regarding the store or source’s return policies, and to pursue a return for the purposes of receiving a credit or exchange.

You must contact Chargequix™ to coordinate a return prior to shipping anything to Chargequix™ . Please email returns@Chargequix.com with your inquiry along with Order# and you will be contacted by a Chargequix™ representative to further assist with the approval and return of your merchandise. If your return shipment is approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation. Unauthorized returns not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation are not accepted.
Products must be shipped to Chargequix™ prepaid, insured, and in their original shipping carton. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
Returns can take up between 10-14 business days to be processed depending on the request, date of filing and date of shipment delivery back to our facility.
Chargequix™ cannot accommodate mail-in repairs due to product error or damages caused by the customer or the customer’s patrons. However, Chargequix™ does offer replacement parts for purchase for select items/charging units. Depending on your needs and clientele, you may be interested in our CK5 Locking Charging Kiosk or perhaps our most popular Floor Stand Charging Station – S9 or Wall Mount Charging Station – WM9 will do the job. More often than not, a simple non-kiosk charging station is the perfect solution!
The advantages of a non-kiosk charging station are: less maintenance, easy access, and better overall customer experience. While on the other hand, a secure locking charging solution may have less favorable advantages. First, the price per unit is much higher thus this may interfere with your ability to place multiple charging stations in your venue if you have budget constraints. Second, most people will keep their phone locked in the kiosk until it charges to 100% (especially if they paid money to charge) meaning other people are not able to charge their phone when they need to most. Third, there may be logistical issues with people forgetting their passwords, leaving their phone behind, or receiving the wrong phone. This means more maintenance is required to manage each charging station. These issues can be mitigated when the individual is personally responsible for keeping an eye on their phone.

Have no fear, Chargequix™ anti-theft hardware is here. Chargequix™ offers multiple solutions to solve this problem. Be sure to check out the anti-theft solutions add-on offered on each product page. Additionally, we recommend placing enough charging stations in areas where guests and customers can comfortably sit or stand next to their device while it charges. This prevents theft and privacy issues. As for the customer, they never have to worry about their phone being stolen because it never leaves their side.

Need help with your charging station?
- In order for the PPO to work properly, it must be fully charged before using. Meaning all of the LED indicator lights should be on before using.
- The small, 12000mAh PPO is recommended only for devices using 65 watts or less of power.
- The large, 18000mAh PPO is recommended only for devices using 85 watts or less of power.
- Exceeding the intended wattage of your PPO can lead to sporadic performance and will void the manufacture’s warranty.
- Reference your device’s charger or manual to verify the number of watts it requires.
The online shopping cart will provide you an accurate shipping quote. Simply place the items in your cart and follow the step by step procedure. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive a domestic or international shipping quote.
Ordering Your Stations
We offer an easy online checkout platform and are also happy to accept purchase orders from valid organizations over $1,000. For requests under this amount, please contact your local distributor. We sell through major supply chains. Chargequix™ will not be held in accordance to terms or conditions listed or referenced on customers individual purchase orders. Sales tax may apply for California orders, unless Tax Exemption forms are submitted with purchase. For purchase order inquiries, please call us or email sales@Chargequix.com.
How do you add custom branding? You must purchase both the products and “Add Custom Branding” item. Be sure to check mark the “Add Custom Branding” option on the product page. Be sure to review the step-by-step order instructions on the Custom Branding page before placing an order.

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the day they are placed unless an item is on backorder or pre-order.Overnight orders placed before 12pm PST will ship same-day.Overnight orders placed after our 12pm PST cut-off time will ship overnight the following business day.You will receive a tracking number, by email, when your order has shipped.
Need rush delivery?Please select expedited shipping during the online checkout process.We also offer UPS and USPS for domestic and international orders. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours; however this will vary depending upon the availability of the product and seasonality.All custom orders typically ship within 4-10 business days once the artwork has been confirmed.
Open and inspect all packages for damage immediately upon delivery. If product damage is found or suspected, save all packing materials. This includes inner and outer boxes and all packing materials. If possible take pictures of the damaged product and packaging. Notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within five (5) business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Packages are shipped standard without insurance, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Chargequix™ if they choose to have the goods fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify Chargequix™ immediately in writing. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no refund or replacement will be given. Damaged packages must be held at the original location of delivery with original packaging for the carrier to inspect.
We ship internationally to customers around the world. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Chargequix™ , the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All orders are shipped without insurance. You are responsible for notifying us if you would like this included. Chargequix™ does not ship product with noticeable physical damage. Packages are shipped standard without insurance, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Chargequix™ if they choose to have the goods fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify Chargequix™ immediately in writing. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no refund or replacement will be given.
